| 490198 | 2006-10-08 22:39:00 | Downloading something with opera...........had to stop it for vaious reasons, and then restarted it, why does it not remember where it was up to and carry on from there? why does it insist on restarting the complete session again? i got as far as 75% done............ and now its restarted........ from scratch. i thought if you stopped it or froze it as such you held all downloaded info already? is this not correct? beetle :( |

Generally you have to use a download manager for that to happen. Never tried one myself after learning that many of them have spyware installed, and some critical download sites can cause a corrupted file if using one - eg top gaming download sites. Not sure if Opera has one built in - which I kinda doubt. |
