| 490551 | 2006-10-12 12:56:00 | I would recommend to learn dvorak if possible, however if you ever plan on using someone elses pc you better learn to touch type dvorak because else the letters will all be in the wrong place. heres a wikipedia article on dvorak for those interested. en.wikipedia.org |

| 490552 | 2006-10-12 16:24:00 | I used Mavis Bacon, and I can say with no worry that I have now added another finger to my typing skills . . . . using my left index and middle finger now with my right middle and (sometimes) my right thumb . I type well enough . . . . . and a lot faster than my "touch-typist-trained" wife by about 3:1 wpm . The REAL problem would be if the imprinted letters wore off the keys . . . I'd go typing-mute . I do not type in the dark . Voice recognition anybody? |
