490772 2006-10-11 21:08:00 Hello, I just got myself Two Shiny New 7600GT Video Cards to run in SLI, But the problem is they wont do it.

Both Cards run fine by themselves, but as soon as I have both in (with the drivers installed) I can boot past the Windows Logo

This is causing no end of trouble and I so far havent been able to fine a Solution

PLease Help!!!

490773 2006-10-11 21:18:00 Does the mainboard have a RAM like card that you need to swap over to tell it that you have an SLI setup? Usually sits between the 2 PCI Express slots.
Also, have you got the SLI adaptor joining the 2 cards together? This should have come with the mainboard as well.

Yes I have tried the SLI Card both ways just to make sure, and I am Using the SLi Bridge

Yes i have a 500W PSU, Recommended for my Setup is 400W, I have also tried unplugging all unnessary devices

490778 2006-10-12 04:25:00 What drivers are you using?, does the device manager show 2 cards, does the driver & have you enabled SLI in the driver, are you using the game profiles?

So many questions....LOL

Doh, didnt read your post properly...what mobo are you using?

Sorry for the late reply, Turned out one of the cards was stuffed, Got it replaced and now all better
