It is "usable" under good conditions (i.e when the Woosh connection is at its best - only 1-2hrs a day that is), but most times, with the connection I get, it is not worth the effort. The main issue is the latency with Woosh is shocking, so it makes any talking you do very delayed. I would suggest you use something the Chitel (or any of the other brands) of prepaid phone cards, which offer very cheap toll calls. |
