| 1398995 | 2015-04-20 23:53:00 | Well you can fight them at their place or ours. Well we cant WIN at their place, we can only make things worse. And meddling over there will only breed hatred against us, give them reasons to bring revenge to us. Look at the mess we've made in Iran, Iraq, Afganistan etc |

Look at the mess we've made in Iran, Iraq, Afganistan etc What nonsense. They have already declared war on us. Non-Muslims are Infidels and are to be killed. They have made that very clear unless you have been hiding under a rock somewhere. As for making a mess in Iran, Iraq, Afghanistan, yes we have, but it is at their place not ours. Dont worry, like Australia we have potential terrorists here, but as with fruit fly they are easier to round up in small numbers. Fight them at their place and round them up at ours is how I see it. :D |

Look at the mess we've made in Iran, Iraq, Afganistan etc We didn't make a mess in any of those countries, our bigger, wealthier, dumber allies may have, but our role has not been to take primary offensive combat initiatives, and if we did draw arms it was in response to imminent danger, and has been more of a 'return fire' situation. The Apiatas of our military saw more action but compared to the rest, our offensive operations were minimal. The mess was largely created by the warring factions within those countries and continues to this day, driven by religious and sectarian differences, with aberrant ideology stirring the mix..... | 1398999 | 2015-04-21 02:51:00 | They have already declared war on us . Us? Who is us? Nz has plenty of muslim people, and no, they are not all crazed warmongers . As for sending suicide bombers etc here, I doubt they would have made the effort until we joined the fight . Then again, maybe they would . . . . and? That justifies NZ people going over there and shooting them? None of it works, none of it has yet . Civilians suffer and the fighting continues . |

You werent on Flagstaff Station, Melbourne, the other day were you? From an Aussie mate . This actually happened in an Underground station in Melbourne . There were protesters on the Flagstaff station concourse handing out Pamphlets on the evils of Australia . I politely declined to take one . An elderly woman behind me was getting off the escalator and a young (20-ish) female protester offered her a pamphlet which she politely declined . The young protester put her hand on the woman's shoulder as a gesture of friendship and in a very soft voice said, 'Madam, don't you care about the Children of Iraq?' The elderly woman looked up at her and said, 'My dear, my father died in France during World War 2, I lost my husband in Vietnam and my grandson in Afghanistan . All three died so you could have the right to stand here and bad mouth our Country . Now if you touch me again, I'll stick this umbrella up your arse and trust me, I'll open it" . :D And on Saturday dont forget the 122,000 Aussies and Kiwis who gave their lives in two world wars so we can have this discussion . Lest We Forget . |
