I was totally going to post the same thing this morning haha! What a fantastic race - especially when that cocky little brat crashed on the last lap! Don't mess with The GOAT! #46 #TheDoctor #10ChampionshipsComing

Also World Superbikes was a good couple of Races too! EJC Rider Avalon Biddle NZL is still leading the Womans Championship even after a mistake (crashing out 7th) and a bad finish this round. She heads to her fave track in 3 weeks in Imola so hope for a good result there!

The GPs in Austin and Argentina are perfect times to watch on the train to work this morning (through the SkyGo app) . . . It's a late night when they're in Europe though . I highly recommend finding a replay of this race though - it's got it all .

I'm guessing the F1 made you miss the World SBKs too?

1398894 2015-04-20 05:16:00 Guess I will have to watch the highlights :) Zippity (58)
1398895 2015-04-20 05:50:00 I watch the highlights on TV3 on Sundays a week later. All in HD and the slow motion stuff is brilliant. Moto2 comes before as well.

I love watching The Doctor race. He reminds me of the older of 2 bulls looking at a herd of cows when the young one exciitedly says " Lets rush over and mount a couple of them". The old bull says "no, lets walk over quietly and have the lot"

I remember watching an interview with a retiring long serving circuit doctor who spoke on the difference between F1 motorbikes and F1 cars. His opinon was that the cars were 80% car/20% driver. Whereas the bikes were 20% bike/80% rider. The more I watch, the more I agree with him.

Absolutely! It also depends on the riders style too. And now with the new Duc's Dovi is battling for Podiums again - he's always been tallented, even when he rode for Repsol Honda and now he has a bike to match his riding style. My mate and I usually joke that he always finished 4th and his bike number is #4 lol. (Casey Stoner, Jorge Lorenzo and Dani Pedrosa always beat him).

1398899 2015-04-20 22:08:00 There is some talented people out there alright that were meant to race.. I remember Colin McRae an absolute genius in any race car no matter what it was. Some people are just born to drive or ride.
100% on the HD footage now makes watching motorsport so much more a spectator sport, especially Drag Racing my favorite :wub
