1398306 2015-04-10 00:07:00 Read here (www.nzherald.co.nz).

What I want to know, is how "they" know how many viewers are watching any one given channel at any given time.

Statistics used by Broadcasting officials and commentators are pure speculation and BS!!

Sorry - that doesn't say much for TV3's lineup...

1398309 2015-04-10 01:47:00 He was too far to the left for my liking. same goes for 3News . Actually there's no point in watching 3 News now that Prime News has been farmed out to Mediaworks. Same content on both except Prime is 30 minutes and doesn't have a Tweedledum Dumb and Tweedledee Dee presenting it.. paulw (1826)

I've never watched Campbell Live in its entirety. Or TV3 news for that matter. :2cents:

1398311 2015-04-10 06:36:00 The commies in NZ will not be happy about that. Good riddance to the commie journo and his dumb anti government show. prefect (6291)
1398312 2015-04-10 06:51:00 Its a no brainer! Move Campbell Live to another time slot, maybe later for a more mature audience. At the moment it is competing with 7 Sharp & Shortland Street. Could axe Paul Henry, he will end up with the sack again anyway. mzee (3324)
1398313 2015-04-10 07:29:00 Yeah. While I enjoy Campbell Live, it has become a bit dumbed down and soft.
Ali Ekram brings a wicked sense of humour, but it's still all too often soft fluff pieces.

It feels like they've been suffereing for a lack of decent content.

As for the suggestion of filling the slot with Johnno & Ben - please NO. Very base brain-free entertainment like that is largely boring, and belongs at a different time, and on a different channel. Please, no J&B, no 'Reality' bullsh!t, no more game shows (plenty before the news anyway, and largely boring or brainless eg "Hi I theenk I've got $200 in my case" - wow, semi scripted and highly repetitive guesses being posed as some form of intelligent deduction).

As for Paul Henry, I'm happy to see him back on TV, as the loss of his earlier job over some PC bullsh!t was silly, but I have no desire to partake of their format.
Those big ugly mics are totally unnecessary, and detract from the scene, and there's no reason we can't have all the presenters facing the camera... unless it's so budget that they can't / won't pay for any controllers in the booth to work the switches
The crease at the back of Paul's head really doesn't set the scene.

1398314 2015-04-10 07:37:00 Trouble with Campbell he is a brilliant interviewer but suffers from taking too many Leftie pills but I guess he has very little say in the content Lawrence (2987)

The big mics might be for the fact that it's also a radio show
