| 1480292 | 2021-09-04 08:21:00 | My OS is Mint Cinnamon 19.3. Dell Inspiron 17 5000 series. I have recently become quite deaf, and would like my built in microphone to be activated to listen for background noise, such as speech, or the door bell. This way all I would do is pause what I was doing, and act accordingly. I can not get the output from the microphone to go to the earphones. The microphone has a good signal, but can not be received by earphones, or speakers. Any ideas? |
