| 1479139 | 2021-08-06 12:38:00 | I use Onedrive for pics taken by a Samsung Galaxy. So long as I have Onedrive turned on in Android, the pics will appear on my PC. No cords to connect, it's great. What I'd like to do is Open Onedrive and navigate to Onedrive/Pictures/Camera-Roll in a single click. At times I need this multiple times a day so the convenience of one click opening would be good. Have studied the issue several times but the solution alludes. What am I missing? W10, 21H1, 19043.1151 Thanks. |

Of course it can require a click to get to the desktop in the first instance. The 2nd way is right click on explorer on taskbar, then left click on the pinned folder. I'm calling it progress, though I'd really like for it to have its' own taskbar icon and I'm not seeing a way of doing that other than having it as a pinned explorer folder. Thanks to Clive. | 1479144 | 2021-08-07 01:45:00 | Good thought but there is no Pin to Taskbar option. It appears to be only for programs? There is a "Pin to Start" which works ok. That's a 2 click... by going to Start, then to Camera roll icon. This is infinitely better option than what I had till today as well. I'd wondered if I could edit the Onedrive icon to not only start the program but to open the folder of my choice. Otherwise could I set Onedrive root directory as the folder for the camera upload? These settings appear to be deeply imbedded in the Onedrive program? If I can't tick a box setting then it seems to be beyond what's achievable unless I'm a programmer. |
