What it will do is employ many more bureaucrats at $100K++ salaries . Its really about making Ak pay to fix the rest of the countries water issues, and giving Maori a 50% control over water and making a new way to borrow money for water infrastructure , as Local Councils are broke and maxed out with debt . Ak water quality is just fine , thanks . So why is this really being forced on Ak & other cities that dont want it ? just watch as water bills all go up because of this . Someone has to pay , and thats us . |
