Norton used to pop up a lot of messages showing that it had deleted downloader and dialler.trojans, but now its actually creating an internet connection and trying to dial through my modem. i have tried hjack this, adware and norton, but it is still there. The name the internet connection comes up as is CoolWeb. Have tried searching for this but cant sofar find anything useful. Help | kgen04 (11288) | ||
| 491148 | 2006-10-13 18:06:00 | Have you really tried HJT properly.To get rid of things after a scan you must.Turn off System Restore then shut down and re start in safe mode then run HJT again and delete the nasties.Most,but not all,nasties give up after this treatment. |

Download AdAware SE Personal and SPybot, run both of them. You will need to continue to run them on a regular basis after your PC is cleaned. |
