| 491889 | 2006-10-16 18:28:00 | WinXP Home. I am sole user with admin account. Trying to install a game, installation fails with the message "C:|Documents and Settings\All Users|Documents, Access is Denied." When I go to the All Users folder there is no Documents folder there. If I try to create one and name it Documents, I am told a folder of that name already exists. ? |

| 491891 | 2006-10-16 22:33:00 | Open My Computer Click on the Tools menu at the top of the window then select Folder Options then View, make sure that the Show Hidden Files And Folders option is selected.
