| 491724 | 2006-10-15 22:22:00 | My wife recently purchased Nuance Dragon Dictate Naturally Speaking v9 Preferred. The programme runs fine, but it won't open the tutorials, giving the message that Flash player is not installed or the wrong version. Nuance say v8 or later of Flash player is required. I have uninstalled the old Flash player v8 and downloaded v 9.0.16.0, the latest version. After apparently installing ok, Flash animations play ok in websites, but Dragon gives me the same old message. This is an Athlon 2600, 1 Gig of RAM, running Win XP Pro SP2, with Firefox 1.5.0.7 as the browser. How can I tell if Flash is correctly installed? |
