It has been put in the "Too hard" basket The customer, of course, wants the email recovered but as usual wants it for free and for nothing !! Get DBXtract (search for the free version) and use it to extract the contents of the Deleted Items.dbx file. The email required should still be there unless Outlook Express has compacted all folders since the email was deleted. |
