| 492856 | 2006-10-20 03:40:00 | What program are you using to print your data with? | FoxyMX (5) | ||
| 492857 | 2006-10-20 03:45:00 | Check that you Black cartridge is OK, as for non plain text (graphics and bolded etc) it may make "black" from black + all colours. So you may just be seeing the "black" created by all colours only on some text and graphics? |

| 492858 | 2006-10-20 08:26:00 | If what you are printing is not what is on the computer screen, then it is likely that the data is becoming corrupt. The iP 3000 may not print well from DOS based programs and this may be the issue. If not try these things. Turn the printer off and leave it for a minute or so and while it is off, clear the print spooler on the computer (little printer icon in the task bar) Check the USB cable is fully pushed in. Reboot the PC. Turn the printer on and try again. If it still does the same thing, try printing from a notepad doc or similar simple program and see if it still does the same. Try a different USB cable. If the problem still persists, then take it to a service agent for Canon or ring their helpdesk 0800 222666 (assuming you are in NZ) |

| 492860 | 2006-10-24 03:21:00 | I have tried HP printer and same history, please help! It's a bit difficult to ascertain the problem when you don't give many details. The same fault on both printers would indicate a PC problem, either the software you are printing from (as has been asked) or maybe a virus or spyware. Give us some more details please or take your PC and printer to a service centre who will help solve the issue. |
