| 492713 | 2006-10-19 08:27:00 | Hi there, Friend (against advice) bought a Keyboard/Mouse/Speaker package from Foodtown - Sound and Vision "brand". Speakers work fine. Mouse works fine. Keyboard, however, is not working. Both mouse and keyboard are USB. OS is Win 2000. I have enabled USB Keyboard in the BIOS. When Win 2000 boots up, it goes to Add Hardware wizard, but can't find the driver. There were no drivers in the box. Anyone got any ideas where I can find a driver / how I can get this keyboard to work? Cheers |

| 492715 | 2006-10-19 20:16:00 | An update - I tried plugging it into my two XP boxes at home, at it comes up with the error that "the device is unknown and has malfunctioned" I haven't tried searching for drivers on the Windows CD. I'll give it a go when I get home. I'm slowly coming to the conclusion that the keyboard itself is not working - not surprising, given the "brand"... :groan: | Lizard (2409) | ||
