| 492458 | 2006-10-18 18:57:00 | I cannot get my Compaq Presario desktop SR1010V to accept Windows 98SE. This computer has the motherboard: ASUS: P4SD-LA PES Is there some restriction in the BIOS which will not accept a 16bit operating system or is this another Compaq proprietary matter? |

Tacking a new post onto another thread which was not applicable to your problem would reduce your chances of getting it seen and receiving help. Could you please explain exactly what sort of problems you get when trying to install Win98SE? |
