| 493556 | 2006-10-24 04:36:00 | My friend is complaining about his slingshot broadband speed and found that he is actually getting only 'dial-up' speed. Reason probably being that he has reached his data cap of 3 GB. He rang Slingshot's helpdesk and was told that the problem is with his computer! My friend is not aware that there is any data cap thingy and it seems that the Helpdesk person also not aware of that, too. Just visited Slingshot site but could not find any Usage Monitor link. Hasn't Slingshot have a way to check the usage? Would appreciate if current Slingshot users could give some ideas. |
