SO u can really download unlimited data between 12midnight-5pm.and they don't limit P2p traffic like xtra does. and there is no fair use pool. when u go over 700mb between 5pm-midnight,you are speed restricted only until midnight then your free to download and high speeds again. |

| 493015 | 2006-10-21 10:26:00 | it says in the terms of service and the thing you agree to when joinging any isp that they can change your plan when ever they like: even though this isnt legal as then there is no point to you signing up to a 12 month contract and if you REALLY wanted to keep the plan you could easily win a court case, but hey, are you really gonna bother, is what the isp's think. |
