495242 2006-10-30 09:15:00 Okay i have no idea how this has happened, but whenever i try to open something in any program, or browse etc, every file is back to front, z-a, and its REALLY annoying, can somebody please help me fix this, because im lost o.o;;; Codex (3761)

Click on the file heading within explorer/my computer to sort a-z

anyway its okay now i deleted all the temp files and prefetch files and now its working.

There is northing you can do about it, it’s a windows quirk, I think I have the same problem.

With an Open or Save file dialogue box open, click on the "View Menu" icon at top right just under title bar and select "Details".

Click on "Name" header to sort the files in proper alphabetical order.

Now, this is the critical bit:

Hold down CTRL and click on the X (close button) at top right of the dialogue box.

Would suggest that all other Windows Explorer windows be closed when trying this.

495251 2006-11-02 02:35:00 When you organise file in explorer you have multiple options such as name, size, date created etc. The first time you organise by name it organises them alphabetically A-Z, then if you select name again it reverse it Z-A. If your files are organised Z-A simply choose to organise them by name again. Pete O'Neil (6584)
