495336	2006-10-30 22:25:00	This may be called a "minor irritation" but it's been hassling me for weeks and I'd love to nail it as soon as poss. Opening Outlook Express cuts the link with my server (Ihug) but it then restores itself automatically. I've changed my firewall (ZoneAlarm to Comodo) reinstalled AVG virus software, firewall, D-Link drivers, upgraded to IE7, run lots of scans (Spyware Doctor, TrendMicro, AVG etc). Reinstalled XP Home on a new hard drive about a month ago. Problem didn't show up then tho. One of my geeky mates had a look around the other day but didn't find anything significant. I've looked at OE configuration several times, but everything looks OK. The fact that the connection is restored automatically may suggest a reason to someone. I'll include a HijackThis scan just in case. One thing I haven't done is to contact Ihug. Just assumed it's at my end. Cheers.
