| 496230 | 2006-11-03 19:14:00 | Can someone please explain the steps required to get a drop shadow effect around an irregular sized object, like say a teeshirt or motocycle. Ive learned to get drop shadow around borders image borders, cant workout how to do the same with objects. Thanks..........John in Mosgiel. |

| 496234 | 2006-11-04 04:10:00 | An easier way to get help with this is to log into a newsgroup server thru your ISP using OE. There's a lot of newsgroups available. Your ISP's homepage should have the info on how to get into newsgroups. I see there's a newsgroup for PSP8,9, X and X1 and for other languages. But not for earlier versions. BUT, someone should or would be able to help u out |

| 496235 | 2006-11-04 07:10:00 | John - I'm not sure whether you want a realistic 'shadow', or a 'drop shadow'. These are two different techniques. I have info about a realistic shadow - but can't just find it at the moment. If you query 'Help' in Photoshop - it will tell you about 'drop shadow'. Look/ask in this forum - there are lots of very knowledgable people helping there: forums.dpreview.com Cheers R.M. :) |
