497290 2006-11-07 10:04:00 I just finished reading Scott Bartley's article about VISTA (PC World Nov) and he made note about having to convert all his videos files into 360 compatible format.

So I thougt I'd share with you all a program that I have been using ever since I got my Xbox 360 that lets you stream XviD and DivX playback, called Transcode 360.

Simple and easy to use that even the Dragon knows how to pick up the Xbox remote and start watching her lastest download of "House" ;)

Also here's a link to another program that Xbox 360 owners should have in thier tools.

DVD-WMV tool is a program to convert from DVD to WMV. DVD-WMV Supports the Windows Media Audio Pro Codec which allows 5.1 audio support.

Makes excellent copies for streaming to WMC.
