| 496757 | 2006-11-06 03:27:00 | Hi, I am not sure whether the title to this query is the correct one, but here goes: I have just had a person tell me that on breakfast TV 1 recently an I T specialist had quoted the name of a site which could be accessed by computer, and things like sport on Skye, sooner than TV 1 timetables- if not live,-- on the computer/net . ---and could he dispense with Skye, if it could work  He asked whether ISP such as Whoosh who plan on coming to Hamilton by 2008 could be used and/or at the very least, could watch sport say from TV NZ . This person is leaning towards Broadband anyway, and wondered if he could get this either on dial up, or BB, but neglected to record the site, and now does not know the answer . Can anybody tell me the site and/or whether dial up would work at all, let alone BB . :help: effie c |
