496616 2006-11-05 13:39:00 lol, this is pretty funny in my opinion, its win win for me, wat ever orcon thinks:

i get an email the other day saying blah blah something about bandwidth being used too much or something or you know ''youve gone over your cap and used this much extra'' sorta thing, and i was like, ***, i changed plans on the 28th, but in this they say ''oh and your plan wont be changed till the 23rd of november''

HAHAHAH, this is pretty funny, considering i signed up to the zeroshock max/max plan on the 28th, AND in the contract it says ''will take no longer than 5 days to change plans yadayada''

so theyve really dug them selves in now, considering they HAVE changed my speeds, both upload and download to the max/max AND taken off my interleaving, a day after signing up to the new plan, theyre really just trying to con me so i have to pay the extravagent prices of the amount of bandwidth ive used

anyone else been getting this sorta thing? i mean really, those isp's really need to be put in place, this sorta crap shouldnt be put up with, and if they try and charge me, how ever many hundreds of dollars it would cost for the bandwidth ive used charged @ my old plans rates then ill take them to court..

ah good ol orcon, great prices, great customer service, great at conning.

496617 2006-11-05 18:27:00 Blame Telecom. :D pcuser42 (130)
496618 2006-11-05 20:40:00 Hmmmm....... It appears to be infectious, and is spreading like Didymo (rock snot). First Telescum, then Ihugscum, now Orconscum.

The odd thing is that only Telecom cops the appellation.

Who will be next?

Cheers

496619 2006-11-06 01:18:00 Just as well you're spoiling for a fight, rather than a moderate exchange of claims with Orcon.
They may not be in a generous mood once the googlebots pick up your thread heading.

496620 2006-11-06 01:30:00 Hmmm that seems interesting, Ive never had any problem with Orcon. What do you expect though when you signed up for there Zero Shock plan knowing (or maybe unknowing) that 'unlimited' doesnt mean unlimited anymore, and download hogs just get capped or put in an ip pool :(

Anyway good luck with your dispute.
