| 497288 | 2006-11-08 12:37:00 | The button only restarts the modem. Reset to factory settings from the menu. The button is just an off-on switch.... there is a small hole where you need to put a pen or something in to press and hold for 10 seconds to reset - you'll hear/feel it "click" ..... hold there for 10 secs. not sure if reseting will help your problem , but it's worth a go - cant make it worse |
