497049 2006-11-07 03:11:00 I take it, it is not a case where the mobo tray comes out?

Did you use the rubber washers with the spacers? Are the spacers tall enough to clear all soldiering and mobo slot connections underneath?

No the mobo tray does not come out.

No I didnt use rubber spaces. The mounting studs have more than enough room for the soider etc to clear the underside of the tray.

497051 2006-11-07 04:04:00 Okie Dokie.

Im about to pull everything out of the case, put it together and see what happens. Just a few questions.

- Should I connect the on/off switch and the reset switch?
- What kind of surface should I lay the motherboard on?

Did you try it with those two switches disconnected first?

You can lay it on any non-conducting surface, but you need to avoid the risk of static so a wooden surface would be good. Stay away from plastic, vinyl or the like, and discharge yourself by touching the power supply case (with the power lead plugged into the mains, but with the outlet switch off) before touching anything delicate.

Cheers
