| 1408887 | 2015-09-25 23:29:00 | A couple of weeks ago we got the Naked Fiber Broadband 30/10 plan. Our speed, from Sparkes own website say we average about 28 Mbps D/L and about 12 up and seems pretty constant. In the evenings my wife plays her sodden Facebook games and I watch the older TV shows, online. We have both noticed problems, hers slowness of connection and mine can take a while for programs to start playing. Spark tells me we have nothing wrong and they say Fiber stays constant, were as ADSL all over the place. Given our "issues" is there much point going for the 100 plan? Like will it make any difference? :illogical Ian |

If all your neighbours are on fibre at the same time it would be like running several sprinklers on the same hose pipe. In other words its volume you are short of, not speed. I have the same problem with VDSL. | mzee (3324) | ||
