1408384 2015-09-14 09:43:00 I need windows 7 home premium in IS0 64 bit. Yesterday I upgraded my Home PC and now I want to upgrade my operating system to windows 7 Home premium 64 bit. I think home premium windows 7 version is sufficient for home use. MY wife often times use home computer just to chat with friends on FB and some times visit online shopping site. Please share me full virus free oginal Microsoft windows 7 home premium link to donwload. Steve321 (17401)
1408385 2015-09-14 11:08:00 This will do what you want:
www.microsoft.com

If you don't have a Windows 7 license key then you need to buy one however Windows 7 Home Premium isn't available anymore so you would need to purchase Windows 7 Pro.

1408387 2015-09-15 01:12:00 Steve321, hi. Did you download the ISO of the Op System you wanted from www.microsoft.com and does it contain SP1? kioti (17360)
1408388 2015-09-15 01:20:00 CYaBro, will that download of W7 have SP1 included? I need to do a repair on my computer having damaged files that SFC /SCANNOW revealed but didn't fix. Considering doing a Repair-Instal and my system running W7x32 Ultimate is fully updated. Doing the Repair-Instal using the In Windows method and Upgrading to me is not an Upgrade because can't Upgrade from W7 Ultimate to a new version of W7, there isn't one. So, as there is SP1 installed in my computer if the download doesn't contain the SP1 then I am trying to Repair -Instal to an Operating system that is newer than that which is on the downloaded ISO.I would have to uninstal SP1 from my computer and get an W7 Ultimate x86 ISO having SP1 to use to do the Repair Instal. Correct? kioti (17360)

Not for OEM lic, Ive tried . Its a known 'issue' making the link pretty much worthless, nice try MS :badpc:
Possibly that link only works with full retail or upgrade ?

2 other links for ISO's are in this geekzone thread . Use at your own risk, you never know what may have been 'added' .

kioti: Is that Win Ultimate genuine? , with COA install key sticker on the case ? . If you re-install or repair-install, any install keys flagged by MS as pirated wont re-activate .
Just FYI :)

1408390 2015-09-15 11:42:00 1101, cheers and I shouldn't have 'hi-jacked' Steve321's thread. To answer your question I 'presume' the OS installed is genuine as it is fully updated....and yes I know pirated software such as Windows OS can and do update and show the Windows is activated in the System window. I also know that placing one's Genuine 25 digit License key for validation in the space supplied in the link to MS Download www.microsoft.com can/does return saying "Error
We encountered a problem with the product key you provided. Please try again or visit the Microsoft Support Contact Us page for assistance.".........for genuine MS W7 OS's. I tried mine and didn't get connected to download the .iso. Maybe it doesn't work for OEM systems pre installed as the cd key can and has been used thousands of times by computer manufactures such as HP/Lenova/Dell etc, shipping pre installed systems to shops to sell. Having been supplied the same license key to be used XXX amount of times up to 'Threshold'.
The license key does not matter anyway when doing a repair-instal. If she cannot get a copy for her to use from MS Download then she can use mine to do the job. Any same OS System DVD can be used to do the repair instal. I will have to copy mine to .iso and slipstream SP1 to it if she fails to get one from MS. COA Stickers are just that, stickers....a system running in a computer could well be different to the one stated on the COA. Many people buy upgrade discs or change the OS and don't change the COA Sticker....for instance, you can buy a computer from Trade Me saying it is running W7x64 Ultimate and has COA sticker ( which shows when you get the computer that it is for 32 Bit W7 Home Premium) it is actually running a pirated OS. Thanks for your reply. Oh here is an interesting read www.techsupportforum.com
