| 1408298 | 2015-09-12 04:17:00 | Anyone else having problems with this new Photos app in Windows 10? It seems to have picked up every picture in every format on my machine, some of which I can't even open, and there seems no way to multiple select and delete them. Bloody frustrating to say the least. Any ideas will be welcome. | Richard (739) | ||

Simply go to a photo you have stored - Right click / Open With / Choose another App - and change to what you want, Eg: photo Viewer, at the bottom Tick " Always use this App to open ". Then after when you open photos they will open in what ever you have chosen instead of the Photo App. |

In the photos app, go to settings and then adjust the sources section to only pull photos into the library from folders you want it too. |

| 1408301 | 2015-09-13 05:58:00 | Thanks guys. I have isolated where all the unwanted images came from, it was from a backup drive which I have now isolated from this photos app. All I need to do now is get rid of all the crap images. Any suggestions on doing this? | Richard (739) | ||
