1399803 2015-05-02 05:16:00 PJ, SWMBO has just reminded me of the Bluefire Reader site. http://www.bluefirereader.com/

I understand from her that Bluefire Reader (Android or iOS versions) gives you access to some free ebooks, but I don't know how extensive this is.

1399804 2015-05-02 07:13:00 Am trying a Vigo 7" Android tablet. I have managed to d/l some free Amazon ebooks for Kindle, but cannot see how to transfer them to the Vigo, or to My Downloads. PJ Poppa John (284)
1399805 2015-05-02 10:17:00 Go to Google Play Store on your tablet, search for the Kindle app and install it on the tablet. Use the Kindle app to log into your Kindle account on Amazon, and register the tablet as one of your devices.

Then sync your tablet with your Amazon account and your downloaded books will show up in the Kindle library on your tablet. When you open a book to read it on your tablet, it will download from Amazon.

Will try that tomorrow, Thanks.

Hi Bud...Do you mean books? What Genre? I usually read Mystery.Thriller & SciFi. No problem with bandwidth, we never use all our 40GB anyway. PJ
