| 497646 | 2006-11-09 01:07:00 | Hi Guys Is there a setting in Internet explorer That I need to alter. I have connected up 2 Computers on a Home Networks. I Host and 1 Client all works fine with File shareing,But Not with Internet shareing The Client Computer seems to be the problem. I can load up IE on the client and the Icons for Internet shareing appear, so its connected. I can shutdown and start Internet shareing from the client, also I can get email from Outlook Expess as well as use the NewsGroups from the Client, But IE Just wont use the Connection. Under Internet Options I have used the Internet New Connections options to manually set and to use a Broadband connection that is always on, But to Get IE to use the ICS seems Impossible. As I can use Outlook Express with the ICS, I most likely could use another Type of Browser, and I think it would work, But I prefer IE as the Family is conversant with it. Any Help would be much appeciated. Ide bet that its a setting in IE thats the problem. Cheers and Thanks |
