| 498276 | 2006-11-12 01:07:00 | my Dell came with mcafee preinstalled and i uninstalled it from the control panel. i was trying to install kaspersky, and it said it detects McAfee Security Center and cant co-exist, so wants me to uninstall it before going any further. so now i dont know what to do. since McAfee doesnt show up in the add/remove programs. |

| 498277 | 2006-11-12 01:14:00 | Delete its folder in program files / delete its folders in C:\Documents and Settings/ all users and username if its there. Then use ccleaner (www.ccleaner.com) install it run it, and click on run cleaner first, then click on issues tab / scan for issues and let it remove all the crap. Then see if Kaspersky installs. |
