| 497845 | 2007-12-23 01:35:00 | I have never used Partition magic from inside windows, always boot from a CD and run from dos. It is very easy to make a bootable dos CD there are plenty of howtos and pre-made images that you can find online. Also if you look on the partition magic CD and also in the folder you installed in you will see a folder called dosutils, or something to that effect, which contains all the dos based tools for you to burn onto the CD. Also I am sure the partition magic CD itself is bootable and it will run the dos tools :) |
