| 498285 | 2006-11-12 01:59:00 | does anyone have a bandwidth limiter for broadband to download? I know you can get things to set a specific data rate to be used for a program,but i'm looking software that lets me choose to run my broadband connection at 256k,128k,1mbps,etc. | lance4k (4644) | ||
