498707 2006-11-13 07:19:00 We are over our Xtra 1GB limit. The NZ speed test shows 64kbps down & 42kbps up. So I guess we are now on "Slow Speed". Where do I find this info?. There is no notice from Xtra that they have done it. PJ Poppa John (284)
498708 2006-11-13 07:50:00 Have you login to your Xtra usage meter? xtra.co.nz stu161204 (123)
498709 2006-11-13 07:52:00 Stu.............Yes that is what tells how much we are over by. It does not tell us what speed we are on. PJ Poppa John (284)

498711 2006-11-13 08:33:00 We are on the Xtra Go Plan & the usage is 1140.. It does NOT say we are on the SLOW option now. PJ Poppa John (284)
498712 2006-11-13 08:52:00 Lets get this straight, you are on the 1Gb plan and you have downloaded 1.1Gb right? then you have been capped and it drops to "Dial Up Speeds" (T/C site) but it is actually 64/64 as I have found out many times :p The_End_Of_Reality (334)

Flat rate
Once you reach your 1GB monthly data allowance we ease you back to dial-up speed.

498715 2006-11-13 09:24:00 Stu...I know all this. I think you are missing my point. But..... When, where, how does Xtra tell me they have done it. PJ Poppa John (284)
498716 2006-11-13 09:31:00 They may have sent you an email telling you that you have used all your data and that they may slow you down. Also, if you have found that you are running a slow speed similar to dial up, then you are capped. developer (4447)
