| 498700 | 2006-11-13 07:02:00 | On a previous hard drive I had a 2 Disc Pink Floyd in My Music. I amtrying to put it onto my new HD. The first disc goes in Ok, however the 2nd disc loads as Disc 1 even tho Disc2 is in the machine. What is happening? PJ | Poppa John (284) | ||
| 498701 | 2006-11-13 09:12:00 | What program are you using to rip the cd to your hard drive,PJ? I usually make a folder I want to save music to then tell the program where to rip it to. So then you can label the folders PF disc1 etc. |

| 498705 | 2006-11-14 05:50:00 | No. Tried renaming as beama said but just the same. Just to recap.. On my old HD I had wmp10. On the new one I now have wmp11. My 2 disc Pink Floyd is Delicate Sound of Thunder. I have put each disc into a boom box & the music (Such wonderful music) is true to the disc label. This disc has been deleted from My Music. When I put CD1 into the computer it always rips CD2. When I put in CD2 it rips but appears to overwrite itself. CD1 disappears. What was that again !!!!!:badpc: As an experiment I took CD1 from a classical 5 pack set & installed CD1.& ok. When I tried CD1 ? Nothing. Just CD1. My next trick is to "Remove" wmp11 & reinstall wmp10, as I did not have this problem with v10.. Any other ideas?? PJ |
