| 498696 | 2006-11-13 05:04:00 | I thought I was doing OK - never had any problems with spam. But this last few days have been inundated with mail from CHEF SELECTIONS. Always a different author and the content is generally nonsense. I have been so lucky this last few years I cannot remember how to deal with these people to stop this junk. Help Tom |

| 498697 | 2006-11-13 06:46:00 | You can't. Some tips to keep it at a minimum: Turn off the preview pane and just delete them without opening them. Don't post your email address anywhere on the net. Run a program like Mail Washer to filter again at your end. |

| 498699 | 2006-11-13 07:03:00 | I cannot remember how to deal with these people to stop this junk. Change your email address. I keep only one permanent address which receives tolerable amounts of spam - just one or two a day. But I run about 10 other addresses. Over time they tend to get targeted, so as soon as that happens I simply delete all the addresses and change them to something else. Then I'm relatively spam-free for another 6 - 12 months. |
