498523 2006-11-12 21:32:00 on januarys netguide cd there was a programme "registry mechanic 4" I was slow to get around to using it and when I tried to register it was told the time had lapsed to get a key...does anyone out there have the key to this programme...it seems very good but only does half the job without the key
Thanks

498524 2006-11-12 21:37:00 Use ccleaner (www.ccleaner.com) instead.

It removes invalid entries from the registry as well as gets rid of crap on the hdd.

And its free.

498528 2006-11-16 01:48:00 It maybe free but if it needs a key, its shareware / other.

So, you still have to pay to use extra options.

498529 2006-11-16 01:56:00 Registry Mechanic is good but you've to pay to use it and I like it a lot. PedalSlammer (8511)
498530 2006-11-17 04:31:00 yeah...anything on a free cd is on trial...it means that it every program on that cd may require registration key jonkimnicko (10061)
498531 2006-11-17 07:37:00 What I hate with Reg Mech is that you think you buy it, but it is just a yearly subscription fee ! hotkiwi (6379)
