| 498717 | 2006-11-13 09:33:00 | Hi PJ In your broadband usage area (somwhere) there is a empty tick box that has the text "notify me when I reach 80% usage" next to it, put a tick in there and you should recieve a notication email when that milestone is meet. Other than that Telecom reley on you to monitor your usage and be aware of the terms of the broadband plan you choose. Hope this helps |

Also, if you have found that you are running a slow speed similar to dial up, then you are capped. Ah.... I see. Ok I will expect an e-mail from them shortly then. This only happened thi evening. PJ You should have got an e-mail from Xtra in your Xtra e-mail account when you got up to 80% of your usage & then when you got to 100% of your usage. If you have not got any e-mail then check your spam folders ( as some times Xtra e-mails are know to go there.) dam, too slow :blush: |
