| 499470 | 2006-11-15 20:36:00 | Sorry about the ambiguous title. I need something to give me a one-off reminder of a vital appointment I have in January. I've got an attrocious memory. So I'm looking for something that will pop up on my screen when I boot up on the day reminding me about the appointment. I don't need or want something that runs constantly. Is there anything in WinXP (Pro) that will do this? Thanks. |

Save it somewhere then make a Scheduled task and point to this document and schedule it to run on the day you want. It will then open up on screen. I just tested this on my PC. |
