I play bzflag quite a bit, and the server I plays on automatically kicks you if your ping is above 300ms for a while. I think this for fps games (but I only have bzflag to judge it on)... < 100 - Good 100 -> 200 - Fine/Average 250 - Sorta when people start complaining about your lag > 300 - bad I think for a faster speed game, people might start complaining around 200ms? |

I've been playing with Speedtest.net Ping of 220 was between Ak. and London. Fron AK to Ak 1 get 110 One thing I notice is I can download from London and twice the speed as fron Sydney and Ak. Suppose that is because the poms are all in bed. |
