They can't do much about my speed issue but they o persist in annoying Telecom about it every now and then. So they care. There were a few whinges because they stopped offering free national traffic but its not their fault - Telecom are charging them for it...it doesn't bother me. And yes, all the ISPs are being picked on over the speed thing, so why not just pick one with good service and a reasonable price? Rather than try to base it on large data limits (all have a catch). |
