| 500817 | 2006-11-21 05:03:00 | Help I Accidentally Formatted My HDD, Is there any software that is reliable for recovering my data? I think the data size is around 200GB. :( The problem is I have a problem with my SATA HDD then I accidentally click converted the HDD into Basic. I think pretty much the entire HDD files of mines is gone. Some files have been keep for years, i.e. video, photos, documents, etc. Please help. I already use Linux Ubuntu for help getting the data back but totally no LUCK. |

I was using another SATA HDD to transfer it into my new SATA HDD, and there was errors coming up. And then I boot into XP and found out the SATA HDD with data is gone so go to computer management to find the HDD and without looking I accidentally press convert button to basic mode. Yeah Hard Luck. Thanks Speedy for the link. |
