| 500805 | 2006-11-23 07:20:00 | Used to have the same experience when I had ME, it appears to be an internal PCI modem trait. The OS seemed to periodically ignore it, but an internal modem needs 100% co-operation from the CPU to actually work. Changing to an RS232 serial hardware modem fixed it though. |
