| 501764 | 2006-11-24 11:13:00 | After a few minutes a grey box error message comes up on my laptop :"No connection to the Internet is currently available. To view internet content that has been saved on your computer click work offline. Check Try Again to attempt to connect" I never use the laptop on the internet - except to register Office and d/l Mozilla, but just dont use it on-line ever. This message persists and returns after a few minutes no matter what is clicked. Used for data projection so driving me batty! Any suggestions? Cheers |

| 501767 | 2006-11-25 12:55:00 | Hi, Try again later. Is the Internet connection setup well, and all plugs all connected? If you can contact your ISP, and check to see if they are doing maintance, maybe the problem is coming from their end not yours. Karl |

Press "Start" Press "Run" Type "regedit" then in the window that pops up browse to: "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\policies\Explorer\Run" then if there's an entry like this delete it: "ishost.exe = ishost.exe" I hope that sorts your problem |
