501521 2006-11-23 08:16:00 Has anyone on Xnet been having "connectivity issues'? (apart from PCTek, who has permanent connectivity issues with Xnet)

This morning I couldn't access email, or connect to any websites. The outage that caused that has been resolved, apparently, but there are still a heap of pages I can't reach, and there's no pattern to them (some NZ hosted, some overseas).

Is it just me?

501522 2006-11-23 08:41:00 I too have been having odd connection issues.

I can be using the net fine for a while and then... Wham! It no longer functions.
The DSL light is on, but no connections to the other side of the world. Heck I cannot even read my emails.

I have to restart the router a couple of times just to connect properly. Also I noticed that if I leave it for a while, it will also slowly drop off and die.

This seemed to have happened a few days back and happened justa a few minutes ago...

501523 2006-11-23 08:44:00 The last couple of days my DSL has dropped off at some point overnight. Yesterday, I just had to reboot my router when I woke up, but this morning, it didn't come back up until it was just about time to go to work. Greven (91)
501524 2006-11-23 09:04:00 they've been having problems for a while. I think at their site they said that it should be resolved at the end of the month, something to do with telecom apparently.... annoying as hell. bizzack (7739)

Yeah but Slingshots saying the same thing. I'll bet nearly every other ISP is too. Valid? or a cop-out?

No I don't. I have permanent speed issues but thats not Xnets fault.

Connectivity has been fine - haven't had any of these issues others are mentioning here.

501527 2006-11-23 20:03:00 No problems for me either. Had a small outage the other day but apart from that everything has been working fine. smithie 38 (6684)
