| 502767 | 2006-11-28 12:59:00 | Hello, I got a virus and my computer does not seem to work properly after I desinfected it.. I plan to reinstall Windows, but before, I need to save all my emails and settings in Outlook Express, in order to restore them after the reinstall. Any suggestions? |

| 502768 | 2006-11-28 13:14:00 | you cant really save the 'settings' you'll just have to re-enter them when you've got it back up and running.....however you can save the emails and addy book pretty easily just goto outlook express/file/export.........and then follow ya nose it's easy.......as for reinstalling the operating system, xp, why exactly ?......you had a virus it's now gone what's not working ?........are you aware that reinstlling an operating system has it's 'catches ' also ......do you know about drivers ?.......and security etc..........do you know how to run a 'repair install' ......or sfc /scannow ? | drcspy (146) | ||
