| 504072 | 2006-12-04 00:42:00 | Yesterday i purchased a Philips VOIP 321 phone and installed it according to the instructions. My pc has now gone mute. Windows media player is still working fine. What is going on here? Nicks |

| 504073 | 2006-12-04 04:28:00 | Welcome to PressF1 nicks... I think you'll find the pc is using the phone as its speaker. Test this by unplugging the phone... When you say Windows Media Player (WMP) is still working fine, do you mean WMP is not muted?? HTH Cameron |
