| 503521 | 2006-12-02 01:44:00 | How do I tell WMP11 that some of my video is actually TV so that it'll file it as TV rather than video? Or does it need to be a different file-type? I have a few tv episodes but they all show up only in the Video section of WMP and nothing shows up under TV. Mike. |

I know my recorded program is a video file, but how do I tell WMP that it's a recorded tv program rather than another type of video? Mike. |

| 503526 | 2006-12-02 07:01:00 | Use the "Add to Library" button at the bottom of the player, bottom left hand side. Once the files are imported into your library you can drag n drop them to the various categories much the same you would in Windows Explorer. Cheers chiefnz |

Once the files are imported into your library you can drag n drop them to the various categories much the same you would in Windows Explorer.Thanks chiefnz, but I think you must be using a different version of WMP to me :) My add to library is from the arrow below the word "Library" at the top of the window. And Add-to-Library automatically decides where they go. I cannot move files from one section to another, only within sections. Mike. |
